Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement to prevent production delays.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
• Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to facilitate new product development and order fulfillment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a manufacturing-related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading a diverse team
