Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and package outgoing products, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipping and receiving documents against physical inventory for discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification with demonstrated safe operation
• Proficient in using ERP systems for inventory management and transaction processing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks associated with the role

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to perform basic data entry and inventory analysis
