Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure product quality meets established standards and specifications.
• Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and workplace regulations.
• Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on project planning and execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production tracking and inventory management
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing technical drawings
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior technicians
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
