Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations in manufacturing processes.
• Drive the implementation of sustainable solutions and controls to prevent recurrence of identified problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Lean-Agile or SAFe certification with practical application experience.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to link Six Sigma projects to tangible ROI.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
