Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects to achieve significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and process variations.
• Apply advanced statistical analysis and data visualization to drive data-driven decision making.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build organizational capability.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams on complex improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and control plan development.
• Track record of delivering significant cost savings or quality improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python) beyond basic capabilities for complex data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other continuous improvement practitioners.
• Strong background in Design of Experiments (DOE) for optimizing complex manufacturing processes.
• Certification in Lean principles or experience leading significant Lean transformation initiatives.
