Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mattawan that are seeking skilled Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to gather relevant information.

• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks related to demand.
• Utilize demand planning software and tools to optimize processes.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and insights.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
