Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Byron Center seeking experienced Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Maintain organized financial records and prepare reports for management.
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining personnel files.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and general office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) beyond basic data entry.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for financial analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
- Certification in bookkeeping (e.g., CB, CPB) or office administration.
- Experience with HR support functions, such as onboarding, benefits administration, or payroll processing.
