Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor assembly staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes or equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of necessary components.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated experience with production scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control processes.
