Salary Range: $50,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for manufacturing operations.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts specific to production.
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cost of goods sold calculations.
• Prepare financial reports and statements relevant to manufacturing performance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures for manufacturing division.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting software relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.
