Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Fremont region seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Implement and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently.
- Experience with inventory tracking and cost accounting principles.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting concepts
- Experience with payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex)
