Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Calibration Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning test equipment and measurement devices.
• Document calibration results accurately and maintain detailed calibration records.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Maintain calibration standards and ensure their proper handling and storage.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address calibration-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in calibration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting a wide range of test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, micrometers).
• Solid understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI Z540).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and calibration procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and repairing equipment.
