Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on a wide range of measurement and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Document calibration results, maintaining detailed records in accordance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze calibration data to identify trends and recommend improvements to calibration intervals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address equipment issues and support new product development.
• Maintain calibration standards and ensure their proper handling and storage.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, metrology, mechanical engineering technology).
• 2+ years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with calibration software and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of measurement principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
