Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug CMM programs for complex geometries.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Select appropriate probes, fixtures, and measurement strategies.
• Validate CMM programs through first article inspections and correlation studies.
• Troubleshoot measurement issues and optimize existing programs.
• Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment and related tooling.
• Document measurement processes and create detailed inspection reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming CMMs using PC-DMIS software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
• Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and 3D CAD models.
• Experience with various CMM hardware and probing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug CMM programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and their impact on measurement strategies.
