Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and programming.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of a vocational program in machining or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming
• Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and quality control processes
