Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mattawan that are seeking skilled Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, and systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and optimize existing electrical systems.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all electrical installations and modifications.
• Participates in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Provides technical support and training to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and controls.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with robotic systems and automation in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, UL 508A).
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
