Salary Range: $123,000 - $172,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Holt region seeking Controllers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, including forecasting and working capital management.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to accurately track production costs and variances.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for executive leadership.
• Lead the annual audit process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Drive process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proven experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
