Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, and service issues.

  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding potential delays, product updates, or changes in service.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic product or order issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
  • Certification in customer service or related field
