Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring proper part numbers and quantities.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
