Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement projects and sustain gains.
  • Facilitate problem-solving workshops and Kaizen events to address root causes of inefficiencies and waste.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, coaching, and support to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across all relevant manufacturing sites.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 5+ years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant operational improvements and cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application to process improvement
