Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Otsego region seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Implement and sustain CI initiatives, including Kaizen events and Gemba walks.
• Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CI project effectiveness.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable results through CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-powered process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions
• Proven ability to mentor and develop internal CI talent
• Familiarity with sustainable manufacturing practices and their impact on process improvement
