Continuous Improvement Manager | Muskegon, MI
Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Muskegon seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and other workshops to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Coach and train employees at all levels on CI tools and principles.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
