Continuous Improvement Manager | Muskegon, MI

Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Muskegon seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other workshops to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Coach and train employees at all levels on CI tools and principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
