Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate lean manufacturing initiatives across production lines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor staff in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor improvement progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
