Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to management on performance and trends.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis within a manufacturing setting.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
