Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for a portfolio of manufactured products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to inform forecast adjustments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to gather intelligence and achieve consensus forecasts.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, presenting demand plans and insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics, identify root causes of errors, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Incorporate promotional activities, new product introductions, and product lifecycle events into demand plans.
• Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to manage and publish forecasts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software; strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and reporting.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with statistical modeling or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced analytics.
• Project management experience related to supply chain or process improvement initiatives.
