Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical failures on production machinery and plant infrastructure.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for critical electrical assets to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure all electrical installations, modifications, and repairs comply with safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and company policies.
• Optimize existing electrical systems and controls to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize downtime.
• Create and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation for all plant equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians and production staff on electrical systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in designing, programming, and troubleshooting industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
• Demonstrated experience with power distribution systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced PLC programming and HMI development (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP) and network architecture.
• Exposure to SCADA/MES systems and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
• Robotics programming or integration experience (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
