Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), develop budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
• Optimize supply chain processes and foster strong vendor relationships.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management responsibility and strong financial acumen within a manufacturing context.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Track record of developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with proven ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, AI)
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to international markets or workforce
• Proven track record in M&A integration or strategic business development
