Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production workflow.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Track production metrics and report on performance.
• Enforce quality control standards and inspect finished products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and production schedules.
• Experience with quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
