Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and material handling operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, carrier selection, and freight negotiation to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Lead, train, and manage logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for optimization and report on performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing logistics teams.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, import/export procedures, and inventory control best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience managing international logistics operations and customs compliance.
