Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance demand and capacity.
• Analyze production capacity, material availability, and resource constraints for schedule feasibility.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams for demand planning and execution alignment.
• Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and order fulfillment against the schedule.
• Adjust production schedules proactively in response to changes in demand, supply, or production issues.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to optimize production flow.
• Report on schedule adherence, production performance, and key scheduling metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, Oracle ASCP).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with simulation or optimization software for production planning.
