Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and performance of critical manufacturing IT systems, including MES, SCADA, and shop floor applications.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for production-related hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN) supporting manufacturing operations and data acquisition.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect OT/IT systems and sensitive manufacturing data.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restoration for production systems.
• Deploy, configure, and manage specialized manufacturing software and industrial control systems (ICS) applications.
• Collaborate with production teams and external vendors to optimize system performance and integrate new technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with IT support for manufacturing operations, including ERP/MES systems and shop floor technology.
• Demonstrated experience with backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including PLCs, SCADA, or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience supporting manufacturing-specific applications like ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, or PLM systems.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or critical infrastructure.
