Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify, define, and prioritize critical business problems and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing operations.
- Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to reduce defects, waste, and process variation.
- Facilitate and manage complex, cross-functional Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify root causes of problems and quantify their impact.
- Develop and implement control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent reoccurrence of issues.
- Drive cultural change and promote a data-driven decision-making environment throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Present project findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies relevant to manufacturing processes, including but not limited to hypothesis testing, regression analysis, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma to eliminate waste and optimize flow.
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence stakeholders across different functional areas.
- Experience with manufacturing process mapping, root cause analysis, and the implementation of sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- - Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python for statistical analysis).
- - Experience in a specific manufacturing industry relevant to the company (e.g., automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals).
- - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management credential.
- - Experience with advanced simulation modeling (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
