Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize potential improvement projects using data-driven analysis.
• Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional Six Sigma projects from initiation to closure.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and develop effective solutions for manufacturing process defects.
• Measure and monitor process performance, establishing control plans to sustain gains.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within manufacturing operations.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma tools and principles to various levels of the organization.
• Present project findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong leadership and change management skills to drive organizational adoption of Six Sigma.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans and deliver measurable results.

• - Proficiency in statistical software packages beyond basic Minitab (e.g., JMP, R).
