Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the plant management team and various production departments.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as new hire onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll coordination for office and factory staff.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for the office environment.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable for office expenses and assist with basic financial record-keeping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including visitors and phone systems.
- Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures to support overall operational flow.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience utilizing ERP or similar business management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex tasks, and maintain efficiency in a dynamic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams, vendors, and clients.
- Experience supporting basic HR functions (e.g., onboarding, record keeping) and financial administration (e.g., expense tracking, vendor invoices).
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, terminology, and safety protocols.
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software.
- Exposure to facilities management or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchasing.
- Proven ability to support a diverse workforce, including production and administrative staff.
