Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and process them into inventory systems.
• Prepare, pack, and label outgoing products according to customer orders and shipping specifications.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, schedule pickups, and generate necessary shipping documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Prior experience (1-3 years) in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation, inventory control, and quality checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management
• Knowledge of DOT/HAZMAT regulations for shipping hazardous materials
• Experience with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
