Salary Range: $51,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer Request for Quotes (RFQs) and technical specifications.
• Calculate accurate material, labor, overhead, and tooling costs for manufacturing projects.
• Generate comprehensive and competitive price quotations using ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure quote accuracy and manufacturability.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify technical details and address pricing inquiries.
• Maintain and update a database of pricing models, historical data, and cost factors.
• Support sales during negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and pricing adjustments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quoting, estimating, or pricing role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost drivers.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and dedicated quoting software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to interpret blueprints and BOMs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Epicor).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and margin analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex pricing models.
