Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and prevent accidents.
- Manage warehouse budgets, controlling costs related to labor, equipment, supplies, and utilities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including ABC analysis, cycle counting, and perpetual inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software and other relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training, motivating, and evaluating warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, including OSHA compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- - Certification in warehouse management or supply chain logistics (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
- - Proven ability to implement and manage warehouse automation technologies.
- - Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- - Experience with hazardous materials handling and compliance.
