Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains welding equipment and machinery.
• Performs various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
• Inspects welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to standards.
• Prepares materials and work areas for welding operations.
• Follows blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Troubleshoots and resolves welding-related issues.
• Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience with various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties relevant to welding.
• Certification from a recognized welding authority (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
