Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of manufacturing associates to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve immediate production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production schedules and report on output, quality, and any deviations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Assist in the management of materials and inventory to support production needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of production employees.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including production tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between production staff and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• - Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• - Proficiency in a specific manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES)
• - First Aid and CPR certification
