Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Train, mentor, and guide production associates, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
• Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members based on skill, availability, and production needs.
