Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build CI capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and waste elimination.
• Establish metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of CI projects and sustain gains.
• Facilitate and manage improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive the standardization of best practices and support the implementation of robust control plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, SMED, Kanban).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cultural change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) for process optimization.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Prior experience in a related manufacturing function such as Production, Quality, or Engineering.
