Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the plant environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes for all plant employees.
- Lead training and development initiatives, focusing on safety, skill enhancement, and leadership for supervisors.
- Partner with plant leadership to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and a positive plant culture.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, union negotiations, or managing employee relations in a production setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies for skilled and hourly manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and using HR data analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of specific manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Experience managing HR in a unionized or shift-based work environment.
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
