Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

We are partnering with organizations in Manistee that are seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production personnel to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex machinery.
• Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant technical degree or certification, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Certified in welding and fabrication.
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with industrial robotics or automation systems.
