Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming, DCS systems, or industrial automation software.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena, FlexSim).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally with a PMP certification.
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Minitab, JMP, Python, or R.
