Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control personnel and inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and customer complaints.
• Oversee inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, CAPAs, and calibration logs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and industry-specific quality standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced quality tools.
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
