Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems.
  • Proven financial acumen, including P&L management, budget control, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IIoT)
  • Proficiency in a second language relevant to the operational region or workforce
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management)
