Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment uptime and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software utilization and administration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance operations.
• Certifications in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) are highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
