Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of PLC systems and their components
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment
• Valid driver's license

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
