Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems (to 480V)
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and repair experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
