Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and test equipment to meet specified operational standards and quality requirements.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery or automation equipment.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, including ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in PLC diagnostics and basic programming for troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Certifications in specific manufacturing equipment or machinery (e.g., robotics, CNC).
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or production staff on equipment operation/maintenance.
