Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding and record management.
  • Manage internal communications and information flow within the office.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of staff and external contacts.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supply management.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial record management.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
  • Project coordination experience, particularly involving facility maintenance or equipment upgrades.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes specific to manufacturing needs.
